Beijing: Amid the already devastating situation in Nepal and the Tibet region, strong earthquake tremors were also felt in China’s Sichuan province on Friday, with the quake, occurring in an area bordering Nepal, measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale.
Panic Spreads as Residents Rush Outdoors
Following the tremors, panic spread among residents, prompting many to step out of their homes as a precaution. However, no reports of casualties or damage have emerged so far from this earthquake.
Manipur Also Records Tremors
Meanwhile, tremors were also felt in India’s Manipur, where the earthquake measured 3.6 on the Richter scale. The tremors in both locations have heightened concerns among residents.
