Ramgarh, April 27: The Eunuch society (Kinnar Samaj) has set an example of humanity in the society by providing Rs. 50,000 to Lal Bihari Thakur, a resident of Jawaharnagar Bhurkunda under Ramgarh district.
On April 9, a fire broke out in the house of Lal Bihari Thakur, and all the contents of the house were reduced to ashes.
The money (Rs. 4 lakh) acquired from the sale of land for his only daughter’s wedding was also burned to ashes. Lal Bihari Thakur runs a salon in Saunda D.
In such a situation, the Kinnar Samaj has given a lot of relief to the family by providing them monetary support. The light of hope has been shown that somewhere in society, the flame of humanity will always be burning.
On the other hand, Lal Bihari Thakur, with tears in his eyes on the cooperation made by the Kinnar Samaj, said that many people were made aware of the problem but no one came to check on him.
The public representatives of the area also did not help. The initiative of Kinnar Samaj on the pain of Lal Bihari Thakur is no less than showing a mirror to the prominent leaders and so-called social workers of the area.
The kinnars present there said,” Government and social workers along with politicians should come forward to help the victim’s family.”
