Ramgarh, March 10: In a bizarre incident, a father of four children raped a five-year-old girl by taking her to the forest after luring her to feed ‘Nimki’. The place of incident falls under the Gola police station area.
On the complaint of the relatives, the Gola police arrested the accused person and sent him to judicial custody. The girl has been sent for a medical examination.
SDPO Kishore Kumar Rajak said that the accused has accepted his crime. After that, he was sent to jail.
The accused, who is an auto driver, took a 5-year-old girl from near his village to the forest by luring her to feed ‘Nimki’ and raped her. He then fled away leaving the girl near her house.
Later in the evening, when the parents of the girl returned home after working as labourers, the victim girl informed them about the whole incident.
After that, a panchayat was called in the village where the accused confessed his crime. The panchayat then informed the police and handed over the accused person to them.
The girl’s family members have demanded the harshest punishment for the accused person.
