Patna, June 5: Five members of a family committed suicide at Mau village of Vidyapatinagar police station, Samastipur district of Bihar, Police informed on Sunday (June 5). The Dalsinghsarai DSP arrived on the scene and began an inquiry.
Manoj Jha (45), a resident of Ward 11, his mother Sita Devi (65), Manoj Jha’s sons Satyam Kumar (10) and Shivam Kumar (07), and Manoj’s wife Sundarmani Devi (38) are among the deceased. FSL team has been called at the spot. It is feared that the difficult financial situation may be the reason behind the incident. The police team is continuously probing the matter.
