‘Former President Photo Gallery’ ready for inauguration at Chambers Bhavan in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, April 15: The ‘Former President Photo Gallery’ built at  Chambers Bhavan, the office of Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry ( SCCI )  at Bistupur in honour of the former presidents is ready for inauguration.

Notably, SCCI is the largest and oldest trade outfit in Kolhan region.

The opening ceremony of the photo gallery will be held on April 17, Monday by former Chief Minister Raghubar Das.

Notably, the SCCI has entered its 75th year of glorious history and has become an identity not only of Kolhan but of the entire Jharkhand state.

The gallery is a dedication to the tireless hard work and business interests of its former presidents.

President of the SCCI, Vijay Anand Moonka, general secretary Manav Kedia and the current committee of SCCI had decided to construct a memorial gallery in honour of the former presidents keeping in mind the platinum jubilee year of the chamber, which has been completed.

” Since the establishment of Singhbhum Chamber in the year 1948 and till now, the former presidents laid the foundation of industrial development in Kolhan by their untiring hard work, dedication and always being aware of the business interests in giving Singhbhum Chamber an identity in the undivided Bihar and Jharkhand state and further it extended, ” said Moonka.

He went on to say that the photo gallery will always inspire the trade body members to follow the path of the former presidents and will remind them to keep the chamber united towards the interest of business and industry.

He told that former presidents and their family members have also been invited to make this function memorable and successful, in which they will be honoured for their dedication towards the chamber.
