New Delhi, Jan 20: Former SP MLA Pramod Gupta and former Congress leader Priyanka Maurya joined BJP on Thrusady, ahead of UP Assembly polls.

Earlier, Former SP MLA Pramod Gupta informed that he will join BJP.

Notably, Priyanka Maurya was the face of the ‘Ladki Hun, Lad Sakti Hun’ campaign of congress in Uttar Pradesh.

Earlier on wednesday, former Uttar Pradesh chief minister Mulayam Singh Yadav’s daughter-in-law Aparna Yadav joined BJP. Notably, the 403-member assembly of Uttar Pradesh will vote in all seven phases. The polling will be held on February 10, 14, 20, 23, 27 and March 3 and 7. The counting of votes will take place on March 10.
