Four prize Naxalites surrender before Chatra police

Chatra, April 16: Four Naxalites of the CPI Maoist organization have surrendered before the Chatra Police. According to the information received from the sources, among the Naxalites who surrendered, Amarjit Yadav alias Lakhan Yadav, a resident of Garhitari located in the Barachatti police station area of Bihar’s Gaya district, with a prize of five lacks, Santosh Bhuiyan, a resident of Karakatta of Nodihabazar police station area of Palamu district, with a prize of five lacks, of Chatra district and Sahdev Yadav and Neeru, residents of Sikid located in Rajpur police station area, with a bounty of five lahks are included. The police will soon organize a press conference and all the Naxalites will be duly surrendered.

Apart from these four Naxalites, two days ago, CPI Maoist commander Indal Ganjhu surrendered who had a prize of 15 lakhs on his head. Indal Ganjhu has surrendered before the police in Patna. Indal is originally a resident of Asrain village under the Imamganj police station area of the Gaya district of Bihar. At present, he was the regional commander in the CPI Maoist organization and the government had declared a reward of 15 lakhs on him. Distressed by the police raids, Indal has surrendered.
