Ranchi, Jan.13: As many as six girls, who had gone to Bengaluru to work in the field of tailoring and embroidery from Jharkhand, are being brought back.
The development took place under the direction of chief minister Hemant Soren, who directed to bring the girls back after he knew that the girls were not being provided all those facilities for which they were assured. Apart from this, the chief minister also came to know that they were being compelled to work as bonded labour and the behaviour of their employer was also not up to the mark.
All the girls are from Musabani and Potka. They were imparted vocational training at a skill development centre at Dimna in East Singhbhum.
