Hazaribag, Oct 19: Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Wednesday said his government is working 24×7 to sort out issues of the people of the state. He said he tours to see whether people are getting benefits of the different welfare schemes of the government. He said that the headquarter is reviewing everything taking place in camps at panchayat level under ‘Aapki yojana, aapki sarkar, aapke dwar’ campaign.
Addressing a gathering at Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium in Chatra town, Soren said that problem is coming in front of his government but they are dealing with it in an effective way. At first, Covid came and now this drought like situation. We have given seeds and fertilizers to farmers on time but due to lack of timely rain, we are again working to tackle this situation. I have directed officials to ensure no migration in villages. Instruction given to provide employment in villages, he added.
Soren announced new district collectorate in the district as well as a dairy plant. Our cattle is our ATM, he told audience. Soren laid foundation of 109 projects from Rs 220 crore and also inaugurated 42 projects from Rs 32 crore.
He said his government is giving jobs to youths and soon recruitment will start for the post of 50,000 teachers. This is your government and is working 24 hours to take care of your problems, he added.
