Hazaribag: Police recover IED from Churchu forest

Hazaribag, Nov 28: On a tip-off about explosives kept in the Ango forest of Churchu block, a team sent by superintendent of police Manoj ratan Chauthe raided which resulted in the recovery of a bomb which was diffused by the bomb disposal squad.

Sources said on information about the bomb in the forest area, Chauthe formed a team comprised of police, the bomb disposal squad of Jharkhand Jaguar and the CRPF 22 battalion asking them to conduct a search. The team found the bomb in the Khutwar forest of Ango in Churchu. The bomb disposal squad diffused the bomb. 

The officer-in-charge of Churchu police station, Dharamvir Yadav confirmed the recovery and disposal of the bomb.
