Ramgarh, Sept 22: A Panchayat Sevak named Ashok Das was caught red-handed by the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) team while taking a bribe of Rs 20,000 in the name of Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme in Chauparan block of Hazaribagh district.
According to the information, Ganesh Yadav, a resident of Hathiya village of Brahmoria Panchayat, had given a written complaint to the ACB and informed about the demand for a bribe amount by Ashok.
After this, the team of Hazaribagh ACB caught Panchayat Sevak taking the bribe and arrested him.
