Barkagaon, June 25:  Adani Foundation organized a free health checkup camp on Saturday in Utkramit Prathmik Vidhyalaya situated in Gali village at Barkagaon, Hazaribagh. A team of doctors and paramedical staff rendered their medical consultations to patients.

After monitoring vitals such as blood pressure and pulse rate of each patient in the camp, the medical team provided consultation and medication as required.

The camp witnessed the participation of more than 75 villagers including elderly persons, women, children, and infants.

In the camp, free ECG, GRVS (Blood Sugar), BP, weight check, cardiac, and general check-ups were done by the team. A session on general health awareness was also conducted wherein villagers were made aware of the importance of personal hygiene, Coronavirus, and other general habits.

The doctor advised villagers to take care of themselves by continuing to follow Covid appropriate behavior and not go out during rains. Doctors also appealed the villagers to show up at the hospital in case of any flu-like symptoms as Covid is not over yet and precaution is the only way to stay safe.
