Saw who now started agitation against Chatti Bariatu coal mine project of NTPC, while reacting to his now viral audio wherein he can be heard demanding 30 percent for transportation work, Saw said, “Raiyats have all rights and they are the actual owners.”

He said that as a Raiyat, he and his family also had the right to get work in the coal mines project. About the viral audio, Saw said that it was the work of his opponents. “I am in favour of handing the transporting work at this coal mine to Raiyats. They should also be given proper compensation against the acquired lands otherwise I will soon start Kam Roko agitation here,” he added.
