Hazaribagh: Two die as bikes collide on Charhi-Ghato road

Ramgarh, May 10: Two different bike riders died in a road accident near Ansar Chowk of Charhi-Ghato road under Charhi police station area of Hazaribagh district.  The incident took place due to a direct collision of two bikes.

The victims have been identified as Deendayal Kumar Ganjhu (19), a resident of Lavalang in Chatra district and Sanjay Murmu (21), a resident of Digwar in the Daru police station area.

Deendayal was coming from Tapin to Charhi while Sanjay was going from Charhi to Tapin. Their bikes collided and both the youths fell unconscious on the road.

In a hurry, the nearby people took the injured to the hospital where both died. On receiving the information, police took both bodies into possession and sent them to Hazaribagh for post-mortem.

Deendayal was studying at Tapin and lived with his brother-in-law,  Raju Ganjhu.

Both the bikes were brought to the Charhi police station and their family members were informed about the incident. A wave of mourning in the victims’ villages prevails after the incident.
