Ranchi: The Jharkhand High Court has taken a strict stance on the obstruction being caused by certain individuals to the construction of the boundary wall on RIMS acquired land, directing the state government to immediately remove all obstacles and ordering the Ranchi SSP to provide police protection to ensure the construction proceeds without interference.

Court Says No Encroachment on RIMS Land Will Be Tolerated

The court made it clear that no encroachment on RIMS land will be permitted under any circumstances, and directed that any existing encroachment be removed immediately. The Ranchi SSP has been directed to deploy police force immediately to assist the RIMS administration in completing the boundary wall construction.

RIMS Informed Court About Obstruction

RIMS had earlier informed the court that several individuals were obstructing the construction of the boundary wall and not allowing it to proceed, following which the court issued the directive for immediate police deployment to assist the hospital administration.

Court Dissatisfied With RIMS Affidavit

The court also expressed dissatisfaction with the affidavit filed by RIMS, describing it as vague and noting that clear answers had not been provided on the number of appointments made at RIMS. The court directed RIMS to file a fresh affidavit with specific and complete information.
