Health dept sends undertaking to NMC for admission in MMCH Daltonganj

Daltonganj, Dec. 24: Medinirai Medical College and Hospital (MMCH) in Daltonganj still awaits permission from the NMC for admission TO 100 seats for the academic session 2021-22.

The Additional Chief Secretary (Health) of Jharkhand Arun Kumar Singh has sent an undertaking to the president of the medical assessment and rating board, National Medical Commission Delhi in this regard.

The undertaking signed by the ACS is dated 23.12.2021. It reads that the Department of Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare, government of Jharkhand will provide all infrastructural facilities and remaining faculty by the end of February 2022 in the MMCH Daltonganj as per the norms of the NMC.

The undertaking further reads that ‘rectification’ so done will also be communicated to the NMC.

A copy of this undertaking has been sent to the secretary ministry of health, medical education and family welfare government of India and principal of the Medinirai medical college and hospital in Daltonganj.
