New Delhi, Oct 24: Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated the new campus of IIT Jammu today. During this, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha were also present with him.

Amit Shah is on a three-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir. This is Shah’s first visit to Jammu and Kashmir after the abrogation of Article 370

He will also lay the foundation stone for the medical colleges of Udhampur and Handwara. Along with this, he will address the program at General Zorawar Singh Auditorium.

Notably, Shah’s rally venue has been changed due to bad weather. Shah was earlier supposed to address the rally in Bhagwati Nagar, but now it will be held at the General Zorawar Singh Auditorium of Jammu University.

On the first day of his visit, Amit Shah met the families of soldiers and civilians killed in the recent terror attacks. On Saturday, Shah said that a day will surely come when Kashmir will contribute for the development of India.
