IGNOU extends dates for re-registration in January session till Jan 15

Ranchi, Jan 2: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) Admission 2023 re-registration application deadline is extended till January 15, 2023. Candidates who have not applied for the IGNOU January session can visit the official website www.ignou.ac.in and apply.

Earlier, the re-registration deadline was December 31. IGNOU notified the extended registration date on the official website. Candidates can check the direct link to register mentioned below.

IGNOU students who want to appear for the January session exam are required to re-register themselves as it is mandatory before appearing for the exam. Check the steps mentioned below to re-register online.

The re-registration process of IGNOU in January 2023 is only for those students who have already taken admission to any of the undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Candidates will have to apply separately for fresh admission to IGNOU.

IGNOU January 2023 registration has started for all courses. The last date for fresh admissions for January 2023 session is January 31, 2023, for ODL mode and Online mode. Candidates can apply for Masters’s Degree, Post Graduate Degree, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Certificate. IGNOU registrations are conducted twice a year and candidates are supposed to apply via the official website.

Meanwhile, IGNOU’s December 2022 term-end exams that started on December 2 are set to conclude on January 5. The admit cards for the December term-end exams were also made available on IGNOU’s official website. On the day of the term-end exams, IGNOU students are required to bring their ID cards and admit cards to the examination hall.
