IIA Jharkhand chapter to organize Young Architects festival in October

Ranchi, Sept. 16: The State capital is ready to witness a national event focusing on young architects in 4th week of October.

Indian Institute of Architects Jharkhand (IIA) is going to organize a festival of Architects where young architects (Below 40 years) or student members of IIA can participate in this event. This year this event is going to be organized in Ranchi from 22nd October, 2021-12:00 PM-24th, October, 2021-2:00 PM -05:30 PM.

The IIA Young Architects Festival is a National Event organized by the Indian Institutes of Architects for the encouragement & participation of Young Architects (below 40 years). Young Architects come together on a common platform to share and disseminate information, discuss issues of interest for the profession, identify and promote skills and talent, presentation of works and also they celebrate the contribution of youngsters to this profession.

The main objective of this event is to develop a logo that best represents the idea of festival/ celebration, joy togetherness, compassion, unity, youth, inclusivity and mutual support among the young architects of the country.

IIA Jharkhand division was established on 14th May, 2017 as the 22nd chapter of IIA in the centenary year of the Institute.

This year depending on the current situation of the country and festival activities, events will be held physically or in Hybrid format while taking care of the norms of covid-19.
