SAFDAR IMAM
The corona epidemic has made people sick and even killed many people. We cannot deny that the most impact of this epidemic has been on children and youth of all ages. Career and business have also been deeply affected. We are clearly seeing the impact on education.
In a large and densely populated country like India, this epidemic was quite frightening in the initial times because here most of the people go away from their village or city to work in other places. Due to this, these people had to return to their homes in any way, where their children were studying, they also had to leave their studies, the burden of earning in the new place and the children leaving their studies was a big problem for them.
Be it primary, secondary or higher education, the education of students has been badly affected. Large institutions of the world like IIT, IIM,Amity University and other institutions have tried their best to support the students by using online education system in such times. But such institutions are few in number, due to which the education system collapsed all over India.
Such students, whose parents’ financial condition has been good, were also able to get education with the facility of online classes in mobile, laptop, tab, but such students who were living in rural areas and their economic condition was not good, due to which this epidemic has become a problem. It came as a curse to them. The studies of these students were completely affected.
In a young country like India in which the number of students is so high, the condition of education is really worrying, the effect of this epidemic on all levels of education can be seen in almost every section of people, another important topic is that the students who open first. Used to participate freely with his classmates in many activities.
These children were imprisoned in their homes, the social distance increased a lot. Now if these distances are not reduced, then there will be a lot of stress in the children and its full effect will be on their future. Excessive use of TV, tab, mobile is affecting the mental state of children a lot.
Psychologists have to come forward to save the students from such a situation. The government should have a marathon discussion under the guidance of doctors, psychologists and educationists on how children can be positively successful in their future along with illness so that these children who are the future of the country can be saved.
