According to the ICC Test bowlers and all-rounder rankings, Ashwin is presently placed second. Wilfred Rhodes of England, a seamer who played domestic cricket for more than 32 years, holds the record for most wickets in first-class cricket with 4204.
Ashwin now has 99 Test wickets against Australia. This includes his numbers both at home and away.
