Jamshedpur: XLRI to host international CEO Conclave on Feb 18

Jamshedpur, Feb 17: Auracia, the Communication club of PGDM (GM) Batch 2022-23 of XLRI would host Avensis, an International CEO Conclave on the theme “Transforming Business: People, Purpose, Predictability” on  February 18.

Avensis is a platform to shine the strobe light on the trailblazers and celebrate their success stories of inspiring leadership. 

The platform, via standalone addresses, fireside chats, and roundtable discussions, will focus on delving deeper into understanding how these ‘Paladins’ have crafted their success and induce an urgent need for the organizations to be future-ready. 

The conclave will aim to accelerate a new kind of leadership at the forefront of the new business logic, which integrates mission and benefits.

It will also act as a powerful forum for shared learnings, cross borders experience, cross-sectoral interaction, and analysis expertise to accelerate progress, delivered by proactive cooperation for scalable results.

The conclave will commence with lighting the lamp and inaugural address by XLRI director Fr. S George and Fr. Donald D’Silva, SJ, Dean (Administration & Finance).

Rahul Purwar (IAS), Secretary- Higher & Technical Education,  Jharkhand will be the chief guest.

The keynote speakers include Girish Sharma, CEO of Colgate Tolaram, Nigeria, Anshuman Anand, CEO of R&B (KSA) Vice President, Dubai, Suresh Sundarajan, Olam Ventures & Olam Technology & Business Services, Singapore, Srikant Gokhale, CEO – Retail, Landmark Group- Dubai,  Rajesh Sethuraman, CEO / President Director Indonesia & Business Head ASEAN, Godrej Consumer Products, Indonesia and  Sandeep Uppal, CEO, HSBC, Philippines.
