New Delhi, Dec 16: Shubman Gill hits his first Test century on the third day of the current first Test match at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chattogram.

Shubman Gill left after scoring 110 runs. On the other side, Cheteshwar Pujara also hit his half-century as India’s total against Bangladesh read 193/2.

India’s score was 1401/1 at tea. KL After being intercepted by Taijul Islam on Khaled Ahmed’s delivery, Rahul left for number 23. Kuldeep Yadav had earlier bowled five for forty as India defeated Bangladesh by 150 runs. Mohammed Siraj, another standout bowler, took three for 20 as India amassed a 254-run advantage after the first innings. India had scored 404 runs in the first innings, with the leading run scorers being Cheteshwar Pujara (90) and Shreyas Iyer (86).
