New Delhi, Jan 17: Indian batsman Shreyas Iyer will not play in the next three-match ODI series against New Zealand due to a back injury. The Board of Control for Cricket in India issued a press release on Tuesday afternoon announcing Rajat Patidar as his replacement.
“Rajat Patidar has been named as the replacement of Shreyas Iyer after he was ruled out of the upcoming 3-match ODI series against New Zealand due to a back injury,” said BCCI in a statement.
