New Delhi, July 19: The Opposition parties decided on ‘Jeetega Bharat’ as the tagline for their alliance a day after naming it “INDIA,” setting the tone for their 2024 Lok Sabha campaign.

The Hindi tagline, which means “India will win” in English, is most likely to be translated into several regional tongues, according to sources.

They said that during the meeting on Tuesday in Bengaluru, several leaders thought that the word “Bharat” need to appear in the alliance’s name.

A senior leader stated, “It was decided that it would be in the tagline.”

Many leaders emphasised that the tagline’s development was the result of a team effort by many leaders.
