Notably, DefExpo 2022 was scheduled to take place in Gandhinagar from March 10 to 14. On March 11, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was scheduled to speak at the event’s official launch.
The situation in Ukraine, according to sources, was one of the reasons for the postponement. With over 900 exhibitors from over 55 nations, this year’s show was predicted to be one of the largest. The last DefExpo was held in Lucknow, while the last previous editions were held in Goa and Chennai.
