New Delhi, Nov 2: India reported 10,432 fresh COVID-19 cases and 15,021 recoveries in the last 24 hours, informed the Ministry of Health and family Welfare on Tuesday.
With new cases, the active caseload of the country now stands at 1,53,776 which is lowest in 250 days. The country’s active cases account for less than 1% of total cases reported so far. At present, the the active caseload is 0.45%, which is lowest since march 2020.
With a total recovery of 15,021 in the last 24 hours, 3,36,83,581 people have recovered from the virus so far. According to the ministry, over 61.02 crore samples have been tested so far in the country.
106.85 crore COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered so far in the country, informed the Ministry of Health and family Welfare on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Jharkhand reported seven fresh COVID-19 cases and 18 recoveries in the last 24 hours, informed the Ministry of Health and family Welfare on Monday. With the addition of new cases, the active caseload in the state now stands at 97. As many as 3,48,771 cases have been reported in the state so far.
A total of 1,59,85,878 COVID-19 tests have been conducted in the state so far which includes 36,704 tests conducted in the last 24 hours.
