Daltonganj, April 4: A Malabar Pied Hornbill was rescued in the Bareysarn range of the tiger reserve Palamu quite recently.
The bird was bleeding and had difficulties flying.
The ground staff rescued it and gave it some medical treatment. The bird rested for a few hours and then went flying.
Manish, a camera trap expert and bird watcher of the tiger reserve said our field director Kumar Ashutosh and our officials have directed us to save the bird in distress.
