New Delhi, Sep 19: Kuldeep Dwivedi, a senior officer of the Indian Police Service (IPS), has been appointed as the Central Bureau of Investigation’s (CBI) Deputy Inspector General (DIG), a Personnel Ministry directive stated.
He presently holds the position of Deputy Inspector General (DIG) in the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP).
The order stated that the Personnel Ministry has authorised Dwivedi’s lateral transfer for a period of five years, ending on January 17, 2026, from his position as DIG, ITBP to that of DIG, CBI.
