Ranchi, Jan 30: Central University of Jharkhand on Sunday launched a three-week IQAC Lectures and Training Program on transforming academia, research, finance and administration.
“The main objective of this training program is to plan and to ensure overall development of the university by involving all the stakeholders such as students, faculties, officers and administrative staff,” said Prof. K.B. Das, Vice Chancellor, CUJ during the inaugural session.
Prof. R.K. Dey, Director, IQAC said during the opening remark of the program that IQAC is in the process of preparing a system for conducting various training programs, workshops and lectures on various facets of university functioning.
On the first day, three special lectures on Quality Frameworks in Higher Education in accordance with National Education Policy 2020 were delivered by the resource person Prof. P. K. Mishra, Dean of Social Sciences, Central University of Punjab, Prof. Manoj Kumar, Dean Academics, CUJ and Dr. Mahendra Singh, a faculty of Business Administration, CUJ.
Around 100 participants including faculty members, officers, administrative staff, researchers and students participated in the program through virtual mode.
