New Delhi, Jan 6: In relation to the money laundering case, Bollywood actor Jacquline Fernandez showed up before Patiala House Court in New Delhi on Friday.
The ED is looking into Fernandez in relation to an extortion case of Rs 200 crore involving Sukesh Chandrasekhar, an alleged conman. Sukesh Chandrashekhar and others were the targets of a money-laundering investigation, and she had previously appeared before the investigating agency for interrogation.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) was earlier given permission by the same court to take control of 26 cars that had been seized from the suspect Leena Maria Paul, the wife of Conman Sukesh, during the investigation of a case involving a Rs 200 crore money laundering.
