Jamshedpur: Step By Step Play School conducts online yoga session on Yoga Day

Jamshedpur, June 21: On the occasion of International Yoga Day 2023, an online yoga session was organised by Step by Step Play School located in the CH Area. The session was based on ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, Har Aangan Yoga’. Principal Dolly Upadhyay said that due to summer vacations in the school, an online programme was organized on Yoga Day.

The programme started with Shanti Mantra, Om pronunciation. In this, the teachers and all the children practiced meditation and pranayama. Upadhyay said that on the occasion of International Yoga Day 2023, the school has given the message of health of body and mind to the children. All the children of the school also fully participated in this Yogasana. She said, “Yoga is a complete exercise for body, mind, and spirit. It helps to strengthen health, reduce mental stress, and ensure quality of life at the highest level. We should make yoga a part of our life”.

Step by Step School aims at making students and teachers aware of the important principles and techniques of Yoga.
