Jamshedpur: Wildlife Week celebration concludes at Tata Zoo

Jamshedpur, Oct 7: The Wildlife Week celebration concluded at the Tata Steel Zoological Park today.

The week-long event which kicked off on October 2 was organized to raise awareness about wildlife conservation among the youth of the region and foster a deep appreciation for biodiversity.

Throughout the week, Tata Steel Zoological Park played host to students from various schools, ranging from nursery to class XI, in an effort to engage and educate the future custodians of our natural world.

A wide array of exciting competitions were organized, providing a platform for students to showcase their creativity, knowledge, and passion for wildlife.

The competitions included – Painting, Debate, Fancy Dress, and an online quiz.

These competitions not only encouraged creative expression but also instilled a sense of responsibility towards the environment and the species that inhabit it.

The enthusiasm and participation of students from numerous schools in Jamshedpur were truly commendable.
