Jawan dies under suspicious condition in Ranchi, police engaged in investigation

Ranchi, Sept.21: A police jawan died under a suspicious situation near Haji Chowk in Ratu police station area this morning. He fell on the ground while talking on his phone. He was rushed to the hospital where the doctors declared him dead. The jawan has been identified as Suresh Ram. He was posted as a driver in Jharkhand Police. As soon as the information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot and took the body in possession and sent it for post-mortem.

It is being suspected that the jawan died due to a heart attack. According to the information, Suresh Ram was sick for the last few days. Due to the illness, he had quarantined himself at home. On Tuesday morning, he suddenly fell on the road and died. Police is now conducting an investigation and waiting for the post-mortem report to know the real cause of his death.
