Consumers seeking the services of an electrician for any faults or breakdowns in their personal line, can either call the control room or SDOs (sub-divisional officer) and JEs (junior engineer) of their respective areas.

JBVNL junior engineer Sanjay Mahto  who looks after Mango,  which has the largest consumer base said  list of areas have been prepared where senior officials would constantly monitor power supply.

According to him, the general manager’s office would also constantly monitor so that corrective measures could be taken without delay.
