Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, who is facing a possible disqualification as an MLA, will seek a vote of confidence during the Assembly’s special session on Monday.

The uncertainty surrounding Hemant Soren’s future as Jharkhand Chief Minister began when the Election Commission (EC) issued an opinion to Governor Ramesh Bais seeking Soren’s disqualification.

Meanwhile, independent MLA Amit Yadav slammed Hemant government saying, no one is safe in this state.

“Not only daughter and daughter in law even legislators are not safe in Jharkhand,”  Amit Yadav, Koderma MLA commented before entered in the house today to participate in the assembly session.
