Ranchi: 35 proposals were approved in the cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Wednesday. The compensation given to workers who are injured in violence or accidents during election work has been increased. Now assistance amount up to 7.5 lakh will be given. This amount will be doubled if someone is injured or disabled in extremist violence.
