Ranchi, Dec.24: The Federation of Jharkhand Chambers of Commerce and Industries (FJCCI) opened a mediation centre to sort out business disputes among traders.
Former Advocate General (AG) Ajit Kumar accompanied by a senior Jharkhand High Court lawyer Rajeev Sharma inaugurated the centre at Chamber Bhawan. Former FJCCI president Girish Malhotra and a chartered accountant (CA) Ashok Saboo will work as mediators in the centre.
FJCCI president Kishore Mantri informed this saying it is an initiative of the trade body and it has not been opened on the order of court.
“The purpose of the centre is to sort out disputes without court interference. It will help save time, money and energy for businessmen and help maintain a cordial atmosphere among businessmen,” Mantri said.
