Jharkhand CM blames centre and BJP for all problems in state

Ranchi, Dec.23: Chief minister Hemant Soren during his speech in the assembly blamed the centre and the BJP for all the shortcomings. The list of shortcomings he mentioned during his speech included illegal mining, price hike, unemployment, poor tribal development besides other poor financial condition.

Explaining how he said it was a poor policy of the union government and the railway was used for illegal mining. He held the BJP sponsored outsiders responsible for scrapping recruitment policy by the Jharkhand High Court. He said that the union government has not released Jharkhand’s GST share of Rs 1 .31 lakh crore.

Soren said whenever his government takes initiative for development, the union government asks its probe agencies like ED, CBI and NIA to disturb it.

He said that the BJP- led union government in the centre promotes divisive politics and sometimes it talks about NRC and sometimes other divisive issues like backward -forward, tribal -non-tribal, Hindu -Muslim and other similar issues.

While blaming the union government and the BJP for shortcomings, he talked about the steps the state government has taken to remove those shortcomings.

He said his government has constituted a SIT to ascertain how minerals were illegally transported through railways and has asked the union railway ministry to integrate its system with the JIMMS portal to track transportation of coal by railways.

The CM said that his government has brought Khatiyan based local policy and attempted to formulate recruitment policy suiting locals, besides increasing reservation percentage of the OBCs.

Moreover, he assured youths that the government will soon bring policy to provide self employment opportunity to youths and formulate recruitment policy in a constitutional way.

The chief minister during his speech quoted Chanakya saying that the public become beggars in the country ruled by businessmen.
