Ranchi, June 21: Jharkhand chief minister Hemant Soren filed a special leave petition (SLP) at the Supreme Court challenging the order of Jharkhand High Court by which the court declared that petition maintainable as PIL in which proper probe has been been been demanded in shell companies involving the chief minister.
Earlier, the state government had filed SLP in the same matter. Now CM has filed it in a personal capacity.
The PIL is listed for hearing in the court of Chief Justice Dr Ravi Ranjan and Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad. Shiv Shanker Sharma is the petitioner.
