Jamshedpur, Aug 10: Jharkhand Governor CP Radhakrishnan has come to the steel city of Jamshedpur on way to Baharagora on Thursday morning.
He arrived at the Circuit House where he was accorded a guard of honour in the presence of Kolhan Commissioner Manoj Kumar and DIG Ajay Linda.
Radhakrishnan is scheduled to attend the annual function of the Baharagora-based DAV School in the afternoon.
On this occasion several senior district administrative officers, including Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri and senior SP Prabhat Kumar were present.
Former legislator from Baharagora, Kunal Sarangi who was also present at the Circuit House said the Governor will grace the occasion of TPS DAV Public School’s annual function as chief guest.
“It is a matter of great pleasure for the TPS DAV Public School family that the Jharkhand Governor is going to attend the annual function of the school by travelling for so long. It will be a moment of pride for the school management as well as the residents of Baharagora, ” said Sarangi while talking to the newsmen at the Circuit House.
