Ranchi, Dec 5: Governor Ramesh Bais on Monday inaugurated two books – ‘Cyber Security’ and ‘Red Corridor’ by Col Rajesh Kumar, Registrar, Raksha Shakti University on Monday at the Raj Bhawan.

Col Rajesh, on the occasion, said, “It is a great moment for me when my books were inaugurated by the Governor. My two books, ‘Cyber Security in Aid to Disaster Management’ and ‘Red Corridor’. Of these, ‘Cyber Security’ talks of the challenges and threats faced by Jharkhand and the nation, and how it can be compared to the other Asian regions and work can be done for it.”

“The ‘Red Corridor’, as the name suggests, talks of Maoism and the seven states. It talks of the origin of the class war, with the main perspective being Jharkhand. It talks of the ideological differences with respect to the international outlook. Naxal incidents as a case study have also been discussed along with the different outfits and security forces working over it. The book also discusses the military policies and doctrine and the effect it will have over the situation,” the Colonel added.
