In the meantime, Coronavirus is spreading rapidly in Ranchi. Till Friday night, the number of active patients in Ranchi had crossed the seven thousand mark. At present, there are 7108 active patients in Ranchi. In this, more than 95 percent of patients have been recommended for home isolation.
Keeping in mind the increasing number of patients in Ranchi, preparations are being made in Sadar Hospital. The number of beds has been increased from 150 to 450. At the same time, permission has been given to start an Installed Liquid Medical Oxygen Plant in Sadar Hospital. Now there will be no shortage of oxygen for the patients admitted here while oxygen will be available in sufficient quantity when needed.
