Ranchi, Feb 8: New Covid infections, continued to decrease with 280 new cases being reported during the last 24 hours in the state on Monday taking the total number of active cases to 2,421 with 473 recoveries and one death.
While one causality each was reported from Bokaro and Hazaribagh.
The total number of Covid-19 cases in the state since the outbreak of the pandemic has reached 4,31,905 out of which 4,24,171 have recovered and 5,313 have scummed to the virus.
East Singhbhum with 139 new cases remained at the top followed by Ranchi with 50 new cases.
