Deoghar, Jan 11: The holy city Baba Baidyanath Dham on Wednesday was thrilled with an incident of Bombing in the wee hours. The incident took place near a government middle school in the Satsang locality under Town Police Station.
Laxmi Prasad Yadav (52), a resident of Korisa, was attacked by some miscreants while he was taking his morning tea at a tea stall.
As per the information, around six bike-borne miscreants attacked him with a bomb. The bomb exploded right on his head causing his instant death.
SDPO Pawan Kumar, CI Sanjay Barman Town Oc and Kunda PS OC reached the spot. It is said that Laxmi used to go there every morning to take his morning tea and he came today as well.
After committing the attack, miscreants ran away from the spot. CCTVs of the locality are being monitored to find the criminals.
Talking to Lagatar24.com SDPO Pawan Kumar told that till now, no breakthrough has been found.
Notably, the deceased had been litigated for a land dispute and his murder might have been committed due to it.
