Ranchi, Dec.22: Rajya Sabha member Sameer Oraon raised the issue of brutal murder of Rubika Pahadia in Sahibganj district on December 16.

As he raised the issue, members raised slogans of shame, shame against the JMM-Congress led government.

The issue was raised during the Zero Hour. The MP said that due to the appeasement policy of the present government of Jharkhand (Jharkhand Mukti Morcha and Congress, RJD alliance), the morale of a particular community has gone up. Due to this, he said, the existence of mitti, roti and beti (soil, bread and daughter) has come into danger in front of the tribal community.

He said that the entire tribal community is shocked by the brutal murder of Rubika and demanded an inquiry into the conspiracies taking place.

Oraon also drew the attention of the House to the deep damage being done to the demography and culture of the tribal community by such conspiracies.
