Ranchi, Jan.5: The last rites of former Patna High Court judge Justice Lok Nath Prasad was held today. He passed away on Wednesday at the age of 90 at Paras Hospital.
Prasad was appointed Patna High Court judge on October 19, 1992. He superannuated on September 19, 1998. After his retirement, he also worked as a Chairman of Jharkhand State Backward Class Commission.
In Jharkhand capital, he was staying at Argora Housing Colony in the heart of the city. After his death yesterday, his body was kept at Paras Hospital till the arrival of his family members.
