Ranchi, Sept 16: The Jharkhand Rai University has invited applications in a total of 13 courses offered by the university. The university notably offers 17 courses, however, seats in four of these courses have already been filled. The courses offered include Undergraduate, Post Graduate, Diploma and Doctorate Programmes.
The Undergraduate courses include B Tech in Computer Science (60), B Tech in Mining (60), BSc in Agriculture (60), BA LLB (60), LLB (60), Bachelor in Physiotherapy (60), B Pharma (100+10 lateral), BBA Logistics (30), BBA (60) and BCA (60). Of these courses, seats have already been filled in the B Pharma course.
Here, BA LLB is a five-year course, while Bachelor in Physiotherapy is a 4.5-year-long course. B Tech in Computer Science, B Tech in Mining, B Pharma and BSc in Agriculture are four year courses, while the remaining are three-year courses.
On the other hand, the university offers three programmes under post graduate courses including MBA (90), MCA (30) and MSc in Agriculture (10), all of which are two year courses. Here, the university offers three subjects including Agronomy/ Horticulture/ Soil Science under MSc in Agriculture.
Furthermore, the university offers two courses in Diploma and two courses in doctoral programmes. The Diploma courses offered include D Pharma (60) and Diploma in Mining Engineering (60), of which D Pharma is a two year course, while Diploma in Mining Engineering is a three year course.
The university also offers two courses including full time and part time PhDs in varying subjects. These subjects include Management, Commerce, Computer Science, IT, Agriculture, Botany, BioTech and Chemistry. However, registration in both the courses has ended.
