Ranchi, Nov 2: BJP state spokesperson Saroj Singh on Wednesday alleged JMM government of being corrupt and said that the party will start agitation against corrupt government from November 7 to 13 at block level.
“Sarkar Apke Dwar Karte Karte Sarkar ED ke Dwar Pahunch Gayi (while doing the government at your door step programme, this government reached the door of ED),” Singh said while addressing a press conference at BJP state headquarters in Harmu.
Singh said that public anger against the Hemant government is at its peak in the state and people want to get rid of this government.
He said that the government failed to do any developmental work in three years.
Those who formed the government in the name of water, forest and land looted the mineral resources of the state, he alleged. He said that houses of the Dalits were destroyed but the government remained silent.
Singh said that the government failed to fulfill its promise of giving employment to youths and unemployment allowance to those not getting job. He said it was unfortunate that the Chief Minister himself, his family and his associates, are closely involved in the loot.
He said MLA representative of the Chief Minister is in jail. Interrogation of many close friends is going on and crores of rupees were recovered from the top officials of the state and their hideouts. He said that sisters and daughters are unsafe in their homes. In three years, more than 5,000 sisters and daughters became victims of rape.
