Ranchi, Jan 13: Three CRPF jawans who sustained injuries from an IED blast in West Singhbhum were airlifted to Delhi for better treatment from Bhagwan Mahavir Medica Superspecialty Hospital in Jharkhand capital.
Those taken to Delhi include Santosh Singh, Sourav Kumar and Amresh Singh. They were airlifted from the Sarjomburu forest of the Tonto police station area in West Singhbhum district yesterday.
As many as nine CRPF jawans sustained injuries in an IED blast during a search operation in two days. While six sustained injuries on Wednesday at Ichahatu near Tumbahata, three sustained injuries on Thursday.
